HS PROJECT: UTAH DESIGN PROJECT
Did you know that we do design projects all across the US? In fact, we have worked on projects in over 20 different states and would love to help with yours! A recent out-of-state project that we have been working on is for my great Aunt Sherry out in Utah. We've been working together selecting furnishings & accessories to fill her beautiful new home and are so excited to give you a sneak peek! This project has been very near and dear to my heart, I absolutely adore my Aunt Sherry and it's been so incredible to work on this project together and create a beautiful home that is just as lovely as she is. I am always so grateful when friends & family members come to us for our expertise and services - it brings me so much happiness being able to bring joy to my loved ones homes through beautiful design and intentional furnishings to create spaces where their lives can thrive.
We went after our classic light & bright HS look for this project and incorporated pops of color and warm tones throughout with the selections of furnishings and accessories. Rugs were a big focus for us with this project in particular and we are just swooning over the personality each rug is bringing to these spaces. One of my personal favorites from this project is the gorgeous green velvet sofa that we installed in the living room. This is one of the first pieces you see when you walk into the room and I just love how it stands out against the beautiful backdrop of Utah's mountainous landscape.
Over in the bedroom we incorporated our best-selling Wheaton Chair which features a cozy boucle texture and is one of my favorite pieces to incorporate to create a comfortable sitting space. There is also a stunning mirror above her dresser that helps bounce the light around the room and give the space that light & airy feel we went after in the overall design.
Natural textures such as cane and wicker were carried throughout the home in our selections to add warmth and detail to each space. In the bedroom we selected the prettiest ottomans with a cane siding for the end of the bed and over in the dining room we selected dining chairs with a cane backing.
There are so many details from this home that we love, we could go on and on! Stay tuned for more updates from this project and feel free to send us a message to inquire about any of the pieces featured in this home.

INSPIRED BY: GATHERING AT THE RANCH
We're out at our family's ranch in southern Utah for a big family reunion celebrating the 4th of July! We're gathering with nearly 150 of our extended family members - I can't believe how much our family has grown over the years! It's so much fun to get everyone together and we're so grateful that we're able to be here with our kids and enjoy this time as a family.
I always find so much inspiration at the ranch, being surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Red Rock Country, the mountains and the ones I love. And of course, I am gathering all kinds of design inspiration, too! Much of my passion for design stems from my grandparents and my mom and their love for design. Coming to the ranch is almost like a museum of design - from green painted cabinets, playful wallpaper and rich fabrics to antique furnishings and brass hardware, there are so many design layers and intention that has been infused throughout the years that makes coming to the ranch a design feast!
FAVORITE THINGS: RANCH LOOKS
When I am out at the ranch it's all about effortless and lightweight styles that incorporate a little western flair. Here are a few of my ranch wear staples!
