The Pemberly Project: Living Room Reveal

Welcome to the Pemberly Project – a new construction home where timeless design meets personality-packed details. We had the pleasure of not only working on this home from the ground up, but also furnishing it top to bottom for a truly turnkey experience. This space is the perfect mix of classic foundation and joyful flair, and we’re so excited to take you room by room!

We’re kicking things off with the living room – the heart of the home and the first space that greets you when you walk in. Designed for family movie nights, effortless entertaining, and quiet evenings by the fire, this room sets the tone for the whole house. We can’t say enough good things about how lovely this client was to work with, and how wonderful an experience it was to get to work with her.

Our goal here was to create a space that felt inviting, comfortable, and elevated, with a few fun surprises. The foundation is traditional – think clean-lined sofas, cozy textures, and tailored silhouettes – but we introduced pops of fun through textiles, artwork, and accent pieces to keep it fresh and unexpected. It’s proof that you don’t have to sacrifice personality to stay classic.

From soft layered neutrals to playful punches of pattern, this space feels warm, lived-in, and totally custom. Whether you're curling up with a book or hosting a gathering, the living room at the Pemberly Project delivers on both style and function.
