It has been such an exciting week of happenings here at HS! A very big announcement, an HS furniture delivery, A fun realtor event + spring fashion favs - all in this week's weekly edit.
HS UPDATE: Big announcement—Lake House
BIG ANNOUNCEMENT 🎉 Tyson and I have always enjoyed traveling and trying new places by staying in Airbnb’s and we have had a dream for a while to have one of our own. We are so thrilled to share that we purchased a property at Lake Texoma. We have been looking for a long time to find the perfect spot with an abundance of nature, that is close to water, and to find a home that we can remodel to turn into a House Sprucing place to stay for our family and others! Today we're sharing more about the property on stories of the exterior. Stay tuned for more as we share the interiors of the lake home in the coming weeks and start demoing and remodeling. You are not going to want to miss following along on this one, we are going to be sharing a lot of our tips and tricks, vendors, favorites, and more to turn a house in need of help into a dream home!
HS PROJECT: Springfield Furniture Delivery
We recently had a fun furniture install at the HS Springfield project! We adore these clients and we are so excited with how it's all coming together. We had a big delivery day where we brought over items from the House Sprucing store to our client's home and started to install their dream design and look. It is taking shape and we can't wait to continue to add more design layers to bring it all together!

HS STORE: Fun Realtor Event We Had
We recently had a really fun event at HS! We hosted an incredible realty team in DFW, the Taylor team. The principal realtors of the company, Lance and Chrissy Taylor, are House Sprucing clients and we have just loved working with them on their home, and while we have been working with them on their home we have discovered how incredible their realty team is and how they serve their clients as a team. It is next level and we can't recommend them enough. We are excited to work together with them and their team on some fun things coming up in the future and we loved hosting them for lunch sharing design trends and hearing about the latest in reality in the ever-booming DFW area!
