The Lake House x Ann Sacks
When we dreamed up the Lake House Project, we knew one thing for sure: the finishes had to do the heavy lifting. This mid-century modern retreat near Lake Texoma needed to feel like a cozy cottage tucked away in the trees, but still elevated, timeless, and undeniably beautiful. That’s where Ann Sacks came in.
From the Studio McGee collaboration wall tile to the floor tile and countertops, Ann Sacks became the backbone of several rooms. Their products not only brought texture, warmth, and sophistication but also gave each space its own personality—without ever straying from the cohesive, calming feel we wanted throughout the home.
In the Kitchen
The kitchen is small but mighty, so every detail had to pack a punch. Ann Sacks’ countertops became the star—adding durability for everyday life and a touch of understated luxury that plays beautifully with the warm cabinetry. The result? A space that feels elevated yet approachable, ready for big family breakfasts and late-night snacks alike. Shop the slab we used here.
In the Bathrooms
Bathrooms can often feel like an afterthought, but we wanted ours to feel like a destination. With Ann Sacks floor tile and the stunning Studio McGee collection wall tile, each bathroom feels layered and special. The natural textures and soft tones work perfectly with the black and gold fixtures from Moen, creating spaces that are functional, stylish, and oh-so-relaxing.
Why Ann Sacks?
Simply put: no one delivers timeless texture and quality like Ann Sacks. Their tile and stone transformed The Lake House Project from “pretty” to “designer,” giving it the custom feel we love to bring to every project.
We’re so grateful for their partnership on this remodel—and can’t wait for you to see more of how these finishes shine as we continue sharing.
